Registration handled for everyone
Mandatory regardless of profit, we register you correctly even if your final position is 0%.
Registration, first filings and a structure that uses the reliefs you are actually entitled to, small business relief, qualifying free zone income, and the 0% band below AED 375,000 profit.
Overview
Every UAE company must now register for corporate tax, including free zone entities and those expecting to pay nothing. The 9% rate applies above AED 375,000 of taxable profit; below it, 0%.
Free zone companies can retain 0% on qualifying income, but the conditions are technical and the cost of casual assumptions is high. We register, assess your position honestly, and file, with your accounting records brought to the standard filings require.
Benefits
Mandatory regardless of profit, we register you correctly even if your final position is 0%.
QFZP conditions are technical, we assess whether your free zone income genuinely qualifies for 0% before you rely on it.
Corporate Tax has a relief for smaller businesses that can remove the liability entirely, but it is not automatic. You still have to register, still have to file, and you have to elect for it. Businesses that assume small profits mean nothing to do end up outside the relief and inside the penalty regime, which is the worst of both outcomes. We check whether you qualify, make the election properly, and keep the records that support it, so the relief you are entitled to is the relief you actually get.
One quoted fee for registration and an ongoing annual filing fee, no surprise charges at year-end.
Every UAE-licensed company, mainland or free zone, regardless of expected profit, registration is mandatory for all, and the assessment matters most for free zone entities relying on the 0% qualifying income regime.
There is no version of this that is not for you, and that is the point. Corporate Tax registration is mandatory for UAE businesses whether or not you end up owing anything, and being below the profit threshold does not exempt you from registering. If you have been told you can skip it because your profit is small, that advice is wrong, and the penalty lands on you rather than on whoever gave it.
Requirements & Process
Registration itself needs only company documents. The assessment that follows needs real financial data, the accuracy of your 0%/9% position depends on it.
Additional documents may be required depending on your business structure and free zone status. We confirm the exact list for your case before any fee is paid.
