Overview

What VAT registration and filing involves

VAT registration is mandatory once taxable turnover exceeds AED 375,000 (voluntary from AED 187,500). The real work is after the TRN: correct invoicing, input-tax treatment, quarterly returns and audit-ready records.

We register you at the right time, early registration has costs, late registration has penalties, then run the filing calendar so deadlines are never yours to remember.

Benefits

Why businesses hand us VAT compliance

Register at the right time

Registering for VAT too late means penalties plus back-dated liability on sales you already made without charging tax. Registering voluntarily too early means ongoing filing obligations and tax added to your prices before the business can carry it. Both mistakes are common and both are avoidable. We look at your actual turnover, your trajectory and who your customers are, then tell you in writing whether to register now, prepare to register, or stay out of it for the moment.

Quarterly filing calendar

Returns go in on a managed schedule, the deadline is never something you have to remember yourself.

Correct input-tax treatment

Recoverable input tax is claimed accurately, so you are not overpaying or under-claiming quarter after quarter.

Fixed written fee

One quoted fee for registration and an ongoing filing fee, no surprise charges at quarter-end.

Who this is for

Businesses approaching or exceeding the AED 375,000 mandatory threshold, companies wanting voluntary registration for input-tax recovery, and any VAT-registered business that wants filing taken off their plate permanently.

When this is not for you

Voluntary VAT registration is usually the wrong move if you are below the mandatory threshold and sell mainly to consumers. You take on ongoing filing obligations and you add tax to your prices, with little to reclaim against. It works the other way if you sell business to business and carry real input VAT. Tell us who your customers are and we will tell you which side of that line you sit on.

Documents & eligibility

Registration itself is a short file. What takes longer is confirming turnover and transaction types accurately, since that decides both timing and treatment.

Trade licence copy, current and unexpired
Memorandum of Association or partnership agreement
Passport and Emirates ID copies of owners and authorised signatories
UAE bank account details (IBAN and bank letter)
