What trade license renewal involves
One renewal, with everything linked to it checked first
Every UAE trade license has to be renewed each year. It doesn't renew by itself. If it expires, you can face fines, and it becomes hard to renew visas, use your bank account normally or sign new contracts until it's sorted.
The renewal form is the easy part. What usually holds a renewal back is something linked to the license: an Ejari that expired first, a tenancy contract in the wrong name, an unpaid fine or an approval that also needs renewing.
We check all of that before your renewal date, fix what needs fixing, submit the renewal and send you the renewed license.
Start with the tenancy. For mainland companies, the Ejari has to be valid before the license can renew. Your landlord is involved in that part, so it's the part that can't be rushed on the last day.
