Overview

What document attestation involves

Attestation fails on sequence: home-country notarization, foreign ministry, UAE embassy abroad, then MOFA in the UAE, each stamp depending on the last. One missed step restarts the chain.

We manage domestic and international legs, with courier tracking end to end, and pair attestation with certified legal translation where authorities require Arabic.

Attestation route confirmation for your specific document type
Home-country notarisation and foreign ministry attestation coordination
UAE embassy attestation abroad, where required
MOFA attestation in the UAE
Certified legal translation into Arabic, where the receiving authority requires it

Benefits

Why the sequence matters, and why we own it

Correct sequencing, every time

Attestation runs in a fixed order and the order is not negotiable. Notary in the home country, then the relevant ministry there, then the UAE embassy in that country, then MOFA here. Skip a step or take them out of order and the chain is void, which usually means starting again and paying the same fees twice. Documents that have already been part-processed by someone else are the ones that go wrong most often, so send us what you have before you spend anything more on it.

Domestic and international legs

Documents needing stamps abroad and in the UAE are managed as one tracked process, not two disconnected ones.

Legal translation paired in

Certified Arabic translation is arranged alongside attestation where the receiving authority requires it.

MOFA UAE stamp included

The final UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation is completed as part of the same engagement.

Who this is for

New residents needing degrees or marriage certificates recognised in the UAE, businesses attesting commercial documents for contracts or tenders, and anyone submitting a power of attorney or civil document to a UAE government authority.

When this is not for you

Attestation is sequence dependent, and that is where it usually goes wrong. If a document has already been through part of the chain in the wrong order, or was notarised in the wrong country first, the sequence often has to be restarted and you pay twice. Send us photographs of what you already have before you start anything, not after.

Requirements & Process

Which attestation chain applies to your document

Documents & eligibility

The exact chain depends on your document type and country of origin, we confirm the precise route once we see the original.

The original document to be attested, copies are not accepted at most stages
Passport copy of the document holder
Trade licence and Memorandum of Association, for commercial document attestation
Draft power of attorney, where the document being attested is a POA
Original degree certificate and transcript, for education attestation
Original marriage or birth certificate, for civil document attestation
Evidence of any notarisation already completed in the home country
Emirates ID copy, where the attested document will be used within the UAE

Additional documents may be required depending on the document type and country of origin. We confirm the exact list for your case before any fee is paid.
