Overview

What PRO services actually cover

PRO (Public Relations Officer) work is the connective tissue of UAE business: labour and immigration filings, licence amendments, NOCs, attestations, municipality approvals. Done well, it is invisible. Done badly, it costs fines and weeks.

Our PROs work the counters daily, AMER, Tasheel, GDRFA, MOHRE, notary, and report every movement of your file the day it happens, whether you engage us for a single task or an ongoing retainer.

Per task, fixed written price per transaction, no retainer
Monthly PRO retainer, for companies with ongoing labour and immigration flow
Annual compliance care, renewals calendar managed proactively, zero-fine target

Benefits

Why businesses hand PRO work to us

Every counter covered

AMER, Tasheel, GDRFA, MOHRE, notary and municipality, one relationship instead of chasing separate agents per authority.

Daily file movement reporting

You know exactly where your submission stands each day, not just when it finally clears.

Fixed, written pricing

Per-task fees are quoted up front and confirmed in writing before any filing starts.

Zero-fine renewal tracking

Most PRO fines are not caused by something going wrong. They are caused by a date nobody was watching. An establishment card expires quietly, a labour card lapses while the employee is on leave, a licence renewal sits behind an unpaid Ejari. We hold every expiry date for your company on one calendar and start the file before the deadline, not after the penalty notice. Clients who have paid a fine once rarely go back to filing task by task.

Who this is for

Companies with regular labour and immigration filings, businesses handling licence amendments or NOCs, and any UAE entity that wants government approvals moving without pulling internal staff off their real jobs.

When this is not for you

A PRO retainer is the wrong choice if you have one or two filings a year. You would pay more for the retainer than for the work, so ask us for per task pricing instead, we quote both. A retainer earns its cost when you have staff visas renewing on different dates, or when a missed deadline costs you more than the fee.

How it works

How a typical engagement runs
