What visa cancellation involves
When an employee leaves, a marriage ends, or a dependant no longer needs sponsorship, the residence visa needs to be formally cancelled, not just left to expire. An uncancelled visa keeps the sponsor liable and can complicate the sponsored person’s next visa application.
Cancellation opens a standard grace period during which the person can remain in the UAE to arrange their next status or exit, we make sure this window is used correctly.

- Sponsor’s trade license and establishment card, for employment visas
- Emirates ID of the visa holder
- Final settlement or clearance letter, for employment cancellations
