What PRO services are
Someone who handles your government paperwork for you
PRO stands for Public Relations Officer. In the UAE it means the person who deals with government offices for a company. Renewing a license, applying for a visa, updating a labour contract, getting an approval or attesting a document all need a submission to the right authority, in the right order, with the right papers.
Every company has this work, and most small companies don't have anyone full time to do it. That's what we do. You send us the task, we check the documents, submit them, follow the file until it's done and send you the result.
You can use us for one task, or give us all your PRO work under a contract.
Most rejections start with documents. A blurred scan, an expired passport copy or a name spelled two ways sends a file back. We check every document before it goes to any authority.

For occasional work
You send us one job, for example a visa renewal or a license amendment. We confirm the total price in writing, do the work and close the task. Prices start from AED 500 and depend on the task.
This suits companies with a few filings a year.
Contract based PRO
For companies with regular government work
We act as your company's PRO under a contract. We take care of your renewals, visas, labour files and approvals as they come up, and we keep track of every expiry date so nothing lapses.
The price depends on how much work there is, mainly how many employees and visas you have and how often you need filings. Tell us your size and we'll send you a written offer.

A base company file, plus what the task needs
Once we have your company's base file, most tasks only need the documents for the person or change involved.

How long does a PRO task take?
It depends on the task and the authority. Many routine tasks finish within the same week. Approvals that involve more than one authority take longer, and we tell you the expected time before we start.
