Overview

What visa renewal involves

A residence visa needs renewing before it expires — whether it was originally issued as an investor, employment, family or dependent visa. The renewal process largely mirrors the original application: medical fitness test, biometrics and re-stamping, but a lapsed visa starts accruing overstay fines fast.

We track your expiry date and start the renewal with enough lead time that there is no gap in your legal residency status.

Benefits

Why renew proactively

Never lapses unnoticed

Your expiry date is tracked so renewal starts with enough lead time.

Avoids overstay fines

Fines start accruing daily once a visa lapses — timely renewal means they simply never start.

Works for every visa type

Investor, employment, family and dependent visas all renew through the same managed process.

Fast turnaround

With a complete file, most renewals complete within five to ten working days.

Who this is for

Anyone holding a UAE residence visa — investor, employment, family or dependent — approaching its expiry date.

Updated salary certificate or trade licence, depending on visa type
Tenancy contract or Ejari registration, if accommodation has changed
