What the partner visa gives you
A partner visa works the same way as an investor visa but applies specifically where a company has multiple shareholders each sponsoring their own residency through their partnership stake. Each partner’s eligibility is assessed individually against their actual shareholding percentage.

What you’ll need, and how we run it
Documents & eligibility
Each partner needs their own set of personal documents, in addition to the shared company file.
- Trade license and Memorandum of Association showing each partner’s shareholding
- Passport copy for each partner, valid at least six months
- Passport-size photograph for each partner
- Current establishment card
- No Objection Certificate from a current UAE sponsor, where applicable
Additional documents may be required depending on your company’s licensing authority. We confirm the exact list for your case before any fee is paid.
How it works

Once the company file is in order, most partner visas complete within five to ten working days per partner.
